Refund & Return Policy

AMA VAULT strives to deliver exceptional results. This policy outlines our refund and return procedures.

1. Monthly Retainer Services

Monthly service packages are billed at the start of each service period. Due to the immediate allocation of resources and personnel, monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

2. Project-Based Work

  • Before Work Begins: Full refund of any deposits paid, less a 10% administrative fee.
  • Work In Progress: Partial refund based on the percentage of work not yet completed, at AMA VAULT's discretion.
  • Completed Work: No refunds once a project has been delivered and approved by the client.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with a deliverable, we will work with you to revise it at no additional cost, up to the number of revisions specified in your agreement. We are committed to your satisfaction.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel ongoing services with 30 days written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial-month refunds are issued.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis where AMA VAULT has materially failed to deliver agreed-upon services. Such claims must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the issue arising.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email contact@amavaults.com with your invoice number, service details, and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 5 business days.
