Welcome to AMA VAULT. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging AMA VAULT's services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract, and agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided

AMA VAULT provides digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, social media management, web development, app development, Facebook marketing, and ad monitoring. Specific deliverables are outlined in individual service agreements or invoices.

3. Payment Terms

• All monthly packages are billed in advance at the start of each service period.
• Payments are due within 7 days of invoice issuance.
• A late fee of 1.5% per month may be applied to overdue balances.
• Custom projects require a 50% deposit before work begins.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely access to necessary accounts, assets, and approvals. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines, and AMA VAULT shall not be held liable for resulting delays.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables created for them. AMA VAULT retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

AMA VAULT's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Fees paid for the current billing period are non-refundable upon client-initiated termination.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Bernardino County, California.
