By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Nature of Our Services
All services provided by Amavaults are digital services, including but not limited to:
Digital Marketing Campaigns
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
SEO Packages (Diamond, Platinum, Elite, Gold)
Paid Advertising Campaigns
Social Media Management
Website Development & Optimization
Marketing Consultancy Services
Since our services are digital and performance-based, they are not physical products and therefore cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (New Purchases Only)
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new service purchases, subject to the following conditions:
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
Refund eligibility depends on the amount of work completed.
If substantial work (strategy planning, campaign setup, keyword research, ad spend allocation, etc.) has already been completed, a partial refund may apply.
Refund processing may take up to 30 working days.
Refunds will be issued to:
The original payment method (credit/debit card or bank transfer), or
Due to the strategic and performance-based nature of SEO and digital marketing:
No full refunds will be issued once keyword research, website audit, competitor analysis, or campaign execution has begun.
If cancellation is requested before work begins, a partial refund may be granted after deducting administrative and consultation fees.
Monthly SEO retainers are non-refundable once the monthly work cycle has started.
We do not guarantee specific rankings due to search engine algorithm changes and market competition; therefore, ranking fluctuations are not grounds for refunds.
4. Paid Advertising Services (Google Ads, Social Media Ads)
Management fees are non-refundable once campaign setup is completed.
Advertising budget paid to third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) is non-refundable.
If cancellation is requested before campaign launch, a partial refund may be considered.
5. Consultancy Services
Consultancy sessions (online or offline) are non-refundable once conducted.
If cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, rescheduling may be permitted.
Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable.
6. Non-Delivery of Service
If you do not receive project updates, reports, or deliverables due to email or communication issues, you must notify our Billing Department within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
Failure to report within this timeframe will result in the service being considered delivered.
7. Technical or Major Service Issues
If you experience major technical defects or service errors:
You must notify our support team in writing.
We reserve the right to correct the issue within 72 hours.
If we fail to resolve the issue within that period, you may be eligible for:
A full refund, OR
A replacement service of equal value.
Access to your website, hosting, ad accounts, or analytics platforms may be required to resolve issues. Failure to provide necessary access may void refund eligibility.
8. Service Not-As-Described
If you believe the purchased service does not match the description on our website:
You must submit written notice within 30 days.
Clear evidence must be provided.
Refunds will not be granted based on unrealistic expectations beyond the agreed scope of work.
9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients must contact us before initiating any chargeback or bank dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks without prior communication may result in:
Immediate service suspension
Permanent account termination
Legal recovery action if necessary
10. Children Policy
Our services are intended for individuals 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If such information is identified, we will immediately remove it and cancel any associated service.
11. Processing Time
Approved refunds may take up to 30 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
